These natural peat baths are produced using a unique technology from high-quality Czech fen peat. They are ideal for relieving tension and stress after a long day or week, easing musculoskeletal discomfort, and supporting skin cell regeneration. They are particularly effective for dry, sensitive skin suffering from chronic issues associated with atopic eczema or psoriasis.
Bath application:
Add the contents of the 100ml bottle to the water while filling the bathtub and mix well. For optimal results, we recommend a water temperature of 35–39°C and a soaking time of 10–20 minutes.
Local application:
Simply mix the peat bath product with warm water in a small bowl at a 1:3 ratio. Apply the mixture to the affected areas using a cotton pad, leave it on for 10 minutes, then rinse with clean water and pat dry with a clean towel. You can repeat this process daily. However, please keep in mind that the effects of peat become apparent only after a prolonged period of regular use.
The peat bath may leave dark stains on fabrics; therefore, we recommend briefly rinsing your skin with clean water after the bath or using dark-colored textiles.
Bathtub maintenance after use: As the product is a concentrated fen peat extract, dark discoloration is normal. The extract contains no solid particles, so there is no risk of clogging drain pipes. After the bath, drain the tub and rinse it with clean water and a suitable cleaning agent.
