Substrate with wood fiber universal is made with a smaller amount of high-quality transitional and fen peat, wood fiber, bark compost, a combined mineral fertilizer with trace elements and finely ground dolomitic limestone. It is suitable for plants requiring a larger intake of nutrients, repotting and cultivating potted flowers, trees and shrubs, with the exception of acid-loving plants. The substrate maintains soil looseness and aeration, guarantees proper growth, bountiful rooting and flowering. By absorbing the suns rays, it allows for better heat usage for plant growth. It further accelerates rooting and helps with irrigation water retention.

Scale and method of use:

When repotting and cultivating plants, mix the substrate in 1:1 ratio with the original soil. For soil conditioning, mix between 35 and 70 liters of the substrate with the original soil per 10 m2. For lawn preparations and improvement, spread a layer about 3 to 5 cm thin on top of the lawn and combine well with the upper 10 cm of the soil. Remember to follow other gardening guidelines, such as proper watering, temperature and fertilizing demanding crops with a longer growing period after the substrates nutrients had been used up and absorbed. We recommend first fertilizing with a combined mineral fertilizer about 3 to 4 weeks after planting.
